What is a health wallet?

A health wallet is a purpose-locked fund for verified healthcare. Unlike a general remittance, the funds can only be used for booked care at verified facilities. If care doesn't happen, the funds are refunded.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If a booked care appointment is cancelled or doesn't happen, funds are automatically returned to the wallet. For full wallet withdrawal, use the refund request flow in your account settings.

Pool decomposition is DiaspoCare's transparent fee structure. When a $10 screening is completed, the fee splits: $1.74 to consumables, $1.52 to the facility and staff, and $6.74 net split between investor cost recovery and operations. Every split is shown on your receipt.

Yes — cancel anytime before your next billing date with no fees. Your wallets and ledger history remain accessible. You revert to the Free plan at the end of your paid period.
