Step 1: You fund a wallet

Choose your wallet type (Family, Community, or Diaspora), pick a currency, and fund it. Funds held in escrow until care is delivered.

Step 2: Your family books care

Family members book care at any hPod screening unit or partner clinic. Booking triggers a hold on the wallet balance.

Step 3: Care is delivered

hPod operators or clinic providers deliver care. Every screening captures real clinical data. Care completion triggers automatic provider payment.

Step 4: You see the ledger

Real-time dashboard shows every wallet event. Every provider paid, every dollar tracked. Downloadable receipts for your records.

Step 5: Ongoing care for chronic conditions

For conditions that need long-term management — hypertension, diabetes, kidney disease, asthma, dialysis — your family can be enrolled in a condition plan by a Community Health Worker. Medication and care visits pay from the wallet you fund. A 3-month adherence check confirms the plan is working; a 12-month milestone confirms sustained care. Currently enrollment is CHW-driven.
